If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging and proof of purchase.

The custer is responsible for any shipping costs related to voluntary returns or exhanges.

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

BiggLife Nation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim using your tracking number. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
